Ramen Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 4 cups broth (chicken or veggie)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g pork belly or chicken
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 table spoon of soy sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Preparation:
    • Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the eggs for 7 minutes for soft-boiled yolks, then transfer to ice water, peel, and halve.
    • In a separate pot, heat the broth and add soy sauce, miso paste (if using), and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
    • Add sliced mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Add the pork belly or chicken and cook until done, then remove and slice.
    • Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. Assemble the Ramen:
    • Divide noodles into bowls. Pour hot broth over noodles.
    • Top with sliced pork or chicken, halved eggs, spinach, corn, mushrooms, green onions, and nori strips.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade ramen!
  3. Serve:
    • Ladle ramen into bowls, add toppings, and serve hot.
    • Enjoy immediately!
