- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 4 cups broth (chicken or veggie)
- 2 eggs
- 100g pork belly or chicken
- 2 green onions
- 1 table spoon of soy sauce
- Salt & Pepper

- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the eggs for 7 minutes for soft-boiled yolks, then transfer to ice water, peel, and halve.
- In a separate pot, heat the broth and add soy sauce, miso paste (if using), and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Add sliced mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the pork belly or chicken and cook until done, then remove and slice.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.

- Divide noodles into bowls. Pour hot broth over noodles.
- Top with sliced pork or chicken, halved eggs, spinach, corn, mushrooms, green onions, and nori strips.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade ramen!
